Write your novel!

June 1-5, 2020

What if at the end of this summer your child could say something as powerful as: I wrote a book?

How proud would your child feel to know that they put their creative ideas into action?

Maybe they've always loved writing short stories and poems, but they've been nervous to try a longer creative work. Maybe they've tried writing a novel already but have struggled to finish it while keeping up with school assignments.

This summer is the perfect time for your child to hone their creative writing skills and dive into their first novel!

In this week-long course, your child will:

  • create a character that inspires them to write

  • develop the perfect journey for their character to go on

  • write a first chapter that sets the scene for their story

  • learn habits that lead to a surge of creative energy and pummel through writer’s block

  • map out a plan for writing the rest of their novel -- this summer!

And they'll do all this with guidance from their teacher, Caroline Sumners, and the support from fellow young authors.

We're also thrilled to offer you an amazing bonus. If you sign up by Saturday, May 23rd, you’ll get a completely FREE 1-on-1 critique session with your teacher (normally $100) so you can get personalized feedback on your writing. You can use this session any time before July 31st.
